What is bandwidth and how does it affect me?

Bandwidth is related to data transfer, when your site is requested along with its graphics and text it uses bandwidth, with our hosting packages you receive 1GB of bandwidth per month which in almost all cases is more than sufficient.

You are only ever likely to exceed your monthly bandwidth limit if your website receives an extremely large amount of visitors or you have large downloadable files.

In the unlikely event that you exceed your limit during a month you can purchase an extra 1GB of bandwidth for that month at just £6 if you wish.

What about keeping my site up-to-date?

There are two options for keeping your site up-to-date.

The first is to allow us to do it for you, each new update would be classed as a new quote and again there would be no obligation.

Alternatively we can incorporate an administration tool into your website, password protected so only you can access it, the tool would be built specifically to your requirements to allow you to easily update your website as and when you require.

I have no site plan can you advise me?

Yes. Based entirely on your initial concept we can advise you on everything you will need on your site as well as advise you on possible features and styles.

How do you operate over long distances?

Using our secure client area, we can provide clients with on screen plans, designs and styles as well offering a messages/notes area for two way messaging, this allows the client to see their site stage by stage from planning to build.

Because of this all the client needs is an internet connection and they are effectively 'in the office' which means they can spot problems if they arise so we can address them quickly and painlessly.
